Have you been suffering from "zoom fatigue?" With the recent increase in working from home, combined with socializing being conducted via video calling, a new buzz word has emerged: Zoom fatigue. It describes the exhaustion that comes from participating in too many video meetings. It can result from a number of different factors, including the strain of trying to interpret meaning with reduced visual information, overstimulation from visual input, and a cognitive dissonance from signals that tell us we are communicating in person and also not.
