Christine Dunbar, MS, Speech-Language Pathologist
Christine is a Speech Language Pathologist with over 25 years of experience working with individuals to improve their communication skills. She received her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Washington. She has worked with individuals and groups from around the world to improve their pronunciation and command of American English. By focusing on a combination of articulation skills (how we say the sounds to form words), phonology (the sound system we have in our brains that affects our pronunciation of words) and intonation (the flow of speech), Christine aides her clients in maximizing their potential to communicate effectively with standard American English. Prior to her study of speech-language pathology, Christine studied at the University of Wisconsin and Universität Bonn, Germany, studying German, French and linguistics. |
